To purchase a vehicle or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, possess valid identification, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under UAE law.
3. Vehicle Information & Availability
All vehicle information, pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual vehicle.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices may exclude VAT, registration, insurance, or government fees unless specified. Payment must be completed according to agreed terms before vehicle delivery.
5. Deposits
Deposits may be required to reserve a vehicle and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of payment. Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits may be non-refundable.
6. Financing & Third-Party Services
Financing, insurance, and warranty services may be provided through third-party partners. Al Marjan Motors is not responsible for approvals, rejections, or terms set by third-party providers.
7. Trade-Ins
Trade-in values are provisional and subject to inspection. Any undisclosed defects or discrepancies may affect the final valuation.
8. Vehicle Condition & Warranty
Used vehicles are sold in the condition described at the time of sale. Any applicable warranty will be provided in writing and governed by its own terms.
9. Delivery & Registration
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to registration or inspection processes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate documents for registration and ownership transfer.
10. Returns & Cancellations
All vehicle sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
Al Marjan Motors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Al Marjan Motors and may not be used without written permission.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information.
14. Force Majeure
Al Marjan Motors shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
